Gluten free atta review

This is my favourite GF chappati atta…I measure out 75g or a couple of scoops into a bowl and pour over boiling water from the kettle and mix with a spoon until I have a good consistency, then divide the atta into 2 or 3 balls (Perray). Then cook on a thavaa, pressing down until they puff up. Left over atta cannot be kept in the fridge for the next day, so it’s best to measure out how much you need. The softest, most flexible, plyable rotian are made when the water is boiling hot. A bit like makki atta. By far the best, and also never had any gluten related symptoms from eating it…

Amazing taste

Tastes just like any other ordinary chappati flour and you will not notice that it’s actually gluten free, it’s soft and tastes great and I would definitely recommend
