Prices below are for standard delivery. Currently we can deliver to UK mainland only, which excludes the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Offshore Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland.

Please note some of our packaging is not waterproof. If you are not likely to be home at the time of delivery, please ensure you leave details of where to store your parcel at the point of check out, so this information can be passed onto our couriers.
We will offer a refund for items that are damaged or defective for use.
Should your order arrive damaged or defective then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery with full details. Please provide photographic evidence of the damages or the condition of the product. To complete your refund, we will require proof of purchase so please quote your order number which is issued when you place the order.
We will then contact you to explain the refund procedure.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your original method of payment.
