Eurostar Gluten Free Chapati Flours Box

Excellent blends!

I accidentally found some Eurostar flour in shop a couple of months ago.

I use large quantities of gluten free flour for cakes and have had some not so good ones in the past. 'Pure', single component flours are more expensive and often have to be blended to gain a good mix (obviously with xanthan gum or eggstra eggs).

Some blends under generic (supermarket) names seem to have a high content of rice flour which I've found can give a gritty feel in cakes.


Eurostar flour has been ideal, needs no other flours to adjust the properties, I'm cooked, sorry, hooked!!
