Are your gluten free products packed/stored in a safe environment without risk of contamination?
Yes – our gluten free products are packed and stored in a completely gluten free environment where there is no risk of any cross contamination. For any orders we receive that include a mix of gluten free and glutenous products, these are packed and dispatched separately.
I suffer from certain allergens how can I check your product is safe for me before I buy?
We take great care to ensure allergen information is visible on our website, and it is also shown on the packaging of the product itself. Should you need to contact us to discuss further please send an email to email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Where is your gluten free chapati flour sourced?
We are proud to say our gluten free chapati flour is manufactured by us here in the UK.
Do you have recipes available?
Yes - we try to keep our website up to date with lots of delicious recipes, you may also find recipes on the back of our packaging. If there is something you can’t find and need assistance please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help -firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery & Collections:
Do you offer collections for local customers?
Pre Covid-19 we have occasionally offered customer collections but this is not something we are able to offer at the moment due to the latest government restrictions. We may review this in the future.
Other than online where else can I buy your products?
We are thrilled to say we now work with plenty of retailers across the country who hold stock of our gluten free chapati flours. Please see the stockist page on our website for the details.
My parcel arrived damaged what should I do?
Whilst we take care to ensure our products are nice, secure and in protective packaging prior to dispatch we do appreciate sometimes damages can occur in transit. Should this happen please take a picture of the damages and email this to us at email@example.com and one of our team will contact you straight away to discuss a replacement.
Is your packaging waterproof?
No. Most of our parcels are sent out in cardboard boxes, protected by paper within covering the product to add extra protection. At times may use bubble wrap, but not always. Should you request we leave your parcel in a “safe place” please do ensure this somewhere dry.
My parcel has not arrived what should I do?
Our couriers will leave you a card with instructions if you are not able to take delivery. Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before your parcel is returned to our head office. You should also receive a tracking ID from our courier service to allow you to track your parcels online – however should you need further assistance then please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you.
My order has arrived but is incorrect what should I do?
We do have stringent procedures in place to ensure all orders dispatched are correct, however on the odd occasion this may happen we ask you email us email@example.com with the details, please also include your order number and we will investigate for you.
