During our transition to our new packaging, you may receive products in either our previous or new packaging while existing stock is being used. Rest assured, the product inside remains the same.

INGREDIENTS

Starch, Flour (Rice, Pea, Maize), Buckwheat Flakes, Vegetable Fibre.

Store in a dark, cool, dry place. After opening, ensure bag is closed after use.

Excellent blends!

I accidentally found some Eurostar flour in shop a couple of months ago; I use large quantities of gluten free flour for cakes and have had some not so good ones in the past. 'Pure', single component flours are more expensive and often have to be blended to gain a good mix (obviously with xanthan gum or eggstra eggs). Some blends under generic (supermarket) names seem to have a high content of rice flour which I've found can give a gritty feel in cakes.
Eurostar flour has been ideal, needs no other flours to adjust the properties, I'm cooked, sorry, hooked!!

Eurostar are reliable and offer quick delivery, I have ordered many times. As with all gluten free products the prices are higher than I would prefer. Worth buying 2 boxes to avoid additional delivery charge if bought separately.
