Unfortunately I cannot make chapatis. However I do have a gluten problem, and eating chapatis at home has been a painful experience but I’ve tolerated it due to the taste. I’ve always wanted to switch away however the alternative Maki ki roti (cornflour chapati) is ok but it’s not a homestyle chapati. I took the plunge and got 3kgs. So easy to use and definately better than the non gf atta! I normally use freshly boiled water to make the dough (use a spoon!) and it’s literally ready to make prantha and chapatti straight away. Diagnosed as a celiac and thought I’d never be able to eat chapattis again so this is really a godsend! Non celiac family abs friends prefer this too.

The best gluten free “atta” I’ve used. The atta is easy to use once you get used to it ( add a little oil for extra softness). There is little difference in the taste compared to normal roti’s made and then are soft and flexible once you get the thickness right. Other brands the roti’s cook either too hard or crispy or are difficult to work with to create round even roti’s.

It actually bubbles up on the hot pan – not had a GF mix do that ever. The texture and flavour is spot on. Going to try and make some other types of GF bread with it and see how they come out.

For last 2 years I have tried so many different methods to make gluten free chappati but by far this is one of THE BEST PRODUCT that I have used . I can leave the dough upto 3 days in the fridge and still fresh as the 1st day
