Frumenta Manitoba is a strong pizza flour with 13% protein and has a w value of 400.
Creates a tall brown crust with good crumb structure and a crunchy, easily digestible base.
This flour is ideal for adding strength to lower protein flours.
Once made the dough can be stored chilled at 4°C for up to 3 days, and up to 16 hours ambient.
Perfect for all types of pizza.
