Our coarse rice flour is naturally gluten free and offers a variety of culinary uses. Made from premium ground rice this versatile flour can be used for producing many dishes such as dough for noodles, crackers, crepes, dumplings, cakes, puddings and biscuits. Ideal for fried food coatings, batter mixes and poppadom's too! It can also be used to thicken sauces in both sweet and savoury dishes. A brilliant all-rounder flour!
