Simple Gluten Free Lasagne
        
        
            Ingredients:
- Eurostar Gluten Free Granoro Lasagne sheets
 - 80g Feta cheese
 - 1 red onion
 - Nonna Rosa pasta sauce: Diavola (spicy) or Ciliegino (cherry tomato)
 - Fresh basil
 - Olive oil
 - 1 tin of Eurostar La Valle chopped tomatoes
 - 
 3 garlic cloves 
 
Method:
- Slice onion and add to pan with a little olive oil
 - After 5 mins slice the garlic and add to the onions cook for another 2 mins once the garlic is slightly soft
 - Add the can of tomatoes and cook very gently for 15 mins.
 
Time to assemble!
- Using a small lasagne dish or loaf tin layer the sauce with the Eurostar gluten free lasagna sheets, fresh tomatoes basil and feta,
 - Keep layering until all ingredients have been used.
 - Always finish with the sauce and fresh tomatoes as the top.
 - Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
 - Finish with olive oil
