Gluten Free Mini Pizza Breads
Ingredients:
- 500g Della Terra Gluten Free Pizza Flour
- 500 ml water
- 20g Olive oil
- 10g quick dry yeast (naturally gluten free)
Method:
- Mix yeast and water and set aside
- Mix flour with water & yeast mix, allow 30 seconds for the flour to absorb water
- Add olive oil give a good mix
- Add salt last
- Set aside to rise for at least 2 hours
- After 2 hours the dough should almost double in size
- Work the dough into 125g dough balls
- Gently with very floured hands push down on your dough ball into a flat dough ball and transfer to pizza tray
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°

Can be eaten hot or cold.
