Gluten Free Mini Pizza Breads



  • 500g Della Terra Gluten Free Pizza Flour
  • 500 ml water
  • 20g Olive oil
  • 10g quick dry yeast (naturally gluten free)


  1. Mix yeast and water and set aside
  2. Mix flour with water & yeast mix, allow 30 seconds for the flour to absorb water
  3. Add olive oil give a good mix
  4. Add salt last
  5. Set aside to rise for at least 2 hours
  6. After 2 hours the dough should almost double in size
  7. Work the dough into 125g dough balls
  8. Gently with very floured hands push down on your dough ball into a flat dough ball and transfer to pizza tray
  9. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°

  1. Nonna Rosa Sicilian Pesto with Basil with crumbled feta cheese
  2. Nonna Rosa Sicilian Pasta Sauce Diavola (Spicy) with fresh cherry tomatoes, parmesan and balsamic glaze 
  3. Nonna Rosa Mediterranean Bruschetta Topping with fresh basil leaves

    Can be eaten hot or cold.
