Gluten Free Bread

Gluten Free Bread - made in our bread maker (Panasonic SD2500 we followed the gluten free setting.)


  • 450g of Eurostar Gluten Free Premium Plain White Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white, remove and discard the yoke
  • 2 teaspoons of instant dry yeast (any supermarket Easy Bake Yeast which is GF)
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 320ml of water (tepid temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons of oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar


  1. Add the flour to a bowl, mix in the water, egg and egg white, and mix well
  2. Add the cider vinegar, oil, salt and sugar and mix
  3. Add the contents of the bowl into the bread maker
  4. Sprinkle the gluten free yeast on top of your mix and start your bread maker
  5. After 5 minutes or so open the lid and run a spatula around down the sides, this will stop the bread sticking to the sides
  6. Close the bread maker to continue, and await a freshly made delicious tasting gluten free loaf
  7. Once the bread is ready, remove and allow to cool
