Beamy Burger & Veggie Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 120g pack of Beamy Burger & Veggie Balls dry ingredient mix
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250ml of cold water
- Burger buns plus any other fillings you may wish to add
Method:
- Pour the entire contents of the bag into a bowl
- Add 250ml of cold water and 2 tbsp of oil
- Stir well
- Rest in the fridge for 15-20 mins
- Remove from fridge and shape your burger or patty (you can freeze any extra)
- Add a little oil to to a hot pan and gently fry for 3-4 minutes each side can also be oven cooked in a pre-heated oven at 160°C / 300°F for 15 minutes.
- Add any additional ingredients/toppings and enjoy!
We like to add cheese, lettuce, red onion and tomatoes to ours, enjoyed in a gluten free bun.
