Beamy Burger & Veggie Balls Recipe


  • 120g pack of Beamy Burger & Veggie Balls dry ingredient mix
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 250ml of cold water
  • Burger buns plus any other fillings you may wish to add 


  1. Pour the entire contents of the bag into a bowl
  2. Add 250ml of cold water and 2 tbsp of oil 
  3. Stir well 
  4. Rest in the fridge for 15-20 mins 
  5. Remove from fridge and shape your burger or patty (you can freeze any extra)
  6. Add a little oil to to a hot pan and gently fry for 3-4 minutes each side can also be oven cooked in a pre-heated oven at 160°C / 300°F for 15 minutes.  
  7. Add any additional ingredients/toppings and enjoy! 

We like to add cheese, lettuce, red onion and tomatoes to ours, enjoyed in a gluten free bun.
