Delicious Blueberry Muffins & Chocolate Brownies
We recently had the pleasure of attending the Green Farm Collective Conference, and it proved to be an incredibly enjoyable and insightful day filled with inspiring conversations, expert knowledge, and delicious food.
One of the highlights of the conference was a thought-provoking presentation from Dan Kittredge, Founder of the Bionutrient Food Association. Dan shared his expertise on the vital role that soil health plays in producing nutritious food, explaining how healthy soils contribute not only to better crop yields but also to improved nutrient density and environmental sustainability.
His presentation reinforced the growing importance of regenerative farming practices and the positive impact they can have throughout the food supply chain.
The conference also featured a series of engaging talks from leaders across the food industry, each sharing their perspectives on building a more sustainable future for food production.
We were proud to hear from:
- George Herbert, Managing Director of Hobbs House Bakery
- Brigi Stamber, Founder of Stretch and Company Manager at Pizza Face
- Natalia Spinetto, Director of Impact and Strategy at Collectiv Food
Each speaker highlighted the importance of sourcing and supplying sustainably grown ingredients, demonstrating how collaboration across farming, manufacturing and food service can help create more resilient food systems.
It was particularly rewarding to hear recognition of our RISE Re:Gen flour and the role regenerative agriculture can play in supporting both environmental and commercial goals.
Of course, no food-focused event would be complete without the opportunity to sample some fantastic food.
Throughout the day, attendees enjoyed a range of delicious baked goods and dishes made using our RISE Re:Gen flour. It was wonderful to see sustainable ingredients transformed into products that not only support farming practices that benefit the environment but also deliver exceptional flavour and quality.
Among the favourites were the blueberry muffins, chocolate brownies, and a delicious sponge cake, which were a huge hit with delegates and showcased the versatility and performance of the flour.
The Green Farm Collective Conference brought together farmers, food producers, manufacturers and industry experts who share a common goal: creating a more sustainable food future.
We left feeling inspired by the knowledge shared, encouraged by the progress being made across the sector, and excited about the growing momentum behind regenerative agriculture.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a valuable event. We look forward to continuing the conversation and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable food system.
