We will offer a refund for items that are damaged or defective for use, in the unlikely event this happens a full refund will be given.
Should your order arrive damaged or defective then please contact email@example.com within 2 days of delivery for a full refund.
To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase so please ensure you keep a record of the receipt/order confirmation number which will be issued to you once you place the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will refund the cost of returning your goods up to the value of £5. If you are returning a larger item that cost more than £5 to return to us please contact the office email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item with a value over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
