Best flour for Sourdough, Pizza and Pasta

Semola is a double milled form of Semolina which is simply outstanding when incorporated into sourdough bread, baguettes and ciabatta. The dough is silky, soft and so easy to handle. This is the finest brand I have yet encountered and delivery was made quickly, effociently and with minimal cost. Thank you!!! :)

Semola is a double milled form of Semolina which is simply outstanding when incorporated into sourdough bread, baguettes and ciabatta. The dough is silky, soft and so easy to handle.
