Pinsa Romana flour creates a light and digestible pizza base that is crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

High hydration, semi-finished product is ideal for making Pinsa in all the different leavening and fermentation modes and for all types of processing.

Bases can be stored in the fridge or freezer, and chefs can add toppings and cook again later at a lower temperature so that an incredible rise can be achieved without burning.
