Made from gluten free ingredients such as corn flour, rice flour and quinoa flour this delicious gluten free option looks, acts, and tastes very similar to durum wheat pasta. Granoro gluten free pasta set (outlined as above):
Corn flour, rice flour, quinoa flour (3%), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Nonna Rosa sauces:
Ciliegino: 95% Ciliegino tomato, extra virgin olive oil, celery, basil, salt
Datterino: 95% Datterino tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, acidity regulator: E330
Diavola: Tomato sauce 90%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, hot chilli pepper (chilli pepper, water, salt, acetic acid, calcium chloride), salt
