Hi i ordered the plain flour for the first time to make samosa but was very disappointed with the result i was looking forward to enjoy the samosa this Ramadan.
But it didn't happen.

Good gluten free products

I tried the chappati flour. Initially it was excellent whilst the dough was still warm and pliable but as it got colder it was more difficult to manipulate. I found the end result very heavy and chewy. I think as this was the first time I used it I might have to do some adjustments to it. I will keep trying using it in different ways
